Long live the Kings and Queens! And they do live on...through their descendants and through the pages of history. It is truly a wonderful thing to learn that your roots extend back to the time of great kings and nobles. Families divide along the way through different time periods and mutating cells, however, the connections do entwine together at some distinctive point. The very thought of such a process is fascinating and should leave no question as to a Divine Providence above who created every one of us in His image. As such, we are ALL His children, and...we are all related!

Genealogy is such an exciting hobby; learning about one's ancestors and heritage, is beyond settling. It is quite amazing when the pieces of the puzzle all fit together at once. Hopefully, the genealogical archives found on this website will help you to find some "royal roots," or if you already know who your ancestors are, perhaps you will want to experience the excitement of sharing your information with others in order to help and inspire them on their journey.

Most of the family histories on the website are, actually, inter-related in one way or another. And if you are wondering if you are related to royalty or nobility, you more-than-likely are! If you were born before 1970, especially in the UK, the chances of your being of royal descent are 98%. The further we go back, there we will find a unique treasure among the many skeletons in the castle closets of olde England. The medieval period was both a fascinating and, yet, horrific time. It could be better termed "sinner's paradise" for it certainly was that with the endless slayings, affairs, and relentless disobedience to God. It was a dark time, a ruthless game of challenge and damnation combined. Sadly, for all their wicked ways, these were our ancestors, most of who were pious defenders of God. They carried their faith, if they had it, on their sleeve, despite the many blasphemes and atrocities incorporated into daily life. Imagine! We are the culmination of generations of kings and queens, nobles and laymen, all created by God for a purpose. We have been born!

Happy hunting and God Bless us, every one!

Coats of Arms

The Coats of Arms represented on these pages belong to either Kings, Knights, Earls, Barons, Lords, and their descending families. Some of my family's own ancestral arms are shown here including Dacre (variant Acre, Acree by blood and through marriages): Beauchamp, Neville, Mortimer, deBohun, de Bruce, Culpepper, Edwards, Blewett, Winchester, the kings Edward IV and Richard III, and, yes; even Henry VII and VIII, the latter whose disruption and vengeful attack on Roman Catholicism has sealed his eternal fate, no doubt, in the darkest sense, not to mention leaving many descendants ashamed of the connection, while others are fine with the history as it is.
